You are not going to believe who just left my shop asking 100 question about you?  Guess?  Sarah Smith… are you free tonight for dinner?

OMG Mark what did she ask?  She is so nosey it drives me crazy.  I cannot believe she had the “balls” to ask you about me.  I bet it is driving her crazy cannot wait to hear what she asked and what you told her.  I bet you had a load of fun watching her trying so hard to get information out of you.  Did she at least buy something?

Yes I am free tonight what time and I will bring dessert.   I am dying to try this German Sweet Chocolate Pie I found in my Aunties Cook Book.

What time are you thinking?  I have some writing to do but could get to your house by 7?  Do you want to watch a movie after  dinner? What about Brides Maids I heard it was super funny have you seen it yet?

German Sweet Chocolate Pie

Just Blend and Bake.  It makes its own crust!

1 package (4oz.) Bakers German sweet chocolate, melted

¼ cup butter or margarine

3 eggs

½ cup white sugar

1 1/3 cups Bakers angle flake coconut

½ cup pecans or almonds, chopped (optional)

Place milk, chocolate, butter, eggs, and sugar in a blender and blend at medium speed for 15 seconds.  Pour into a greased 9-in. pie pan and sprinkle with coconut and nuts.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.  Cool . Store any leftover pie in refrigerator.
